Hey there,
I always believe you should do one thing at a time. Don’t worry too much about the future. Just focus on one thing you can do today. For me, today, I focused on stepping away from my work and doing something completely different.
I took ten minutes to do a completely unrelated creative exercise. Something with no goal or expectations. And almost immediately, my brain felt refreshed.
Of course, taking breaks is crucial when it comes to creativity. Pushing through when you’re drained doesn’t work. Giving your mind space to wander can help you return with more clarity and better ideas.
