Hey there,
Can I be honest? There was a time when I almost gave up on my creative practice.
Why? Because I fell into one of the biggest creativity traps: believing that if my work wasn’t “good,” it wasn’t worth doing.
I thought:
❌ If I can’t do it perfectly, why bother?
❌ Other people are way better at this. What’s the point?
❌ I should just wait until I feel really ready to start.
But here’s what I finally learned: creativity isn’t about being good. It’s about being curious.
The only way to grow creatively is to keep showing up, even when it feels messy. Especially when it feels messy.
So tell me, have you ever struggled with this too?
Hit reply and let me know. I’d love to hear your story.
